This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 425 days in filing the above revision.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to contact his counsel and therefore, there was a delay in filing the revision.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) strongly opposes this petition on the ground that the delay is huge and he wants to file a counter.
