A.No.2057 of 2024 in C.S.No.653 of 2013 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 04.01.2024 passed in C.S.No.653 of 2013 as against the applicants 1 to 5/ defendants 3 to 7.

2. The matter is listed today for filing counter and disposal.

3. The respondents/plaintiffs have not filed their counter affidavit.

4. Though reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application is not satisfied, in order to give opportunity to the applicants/defendants to defend their case, the application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only). The applicants are directed to pay the said costs to the credit of the Siddha Clinic situated in the High Court Campus, on or before 04.06.2024.
