PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to reopen the case in Crime No.792 of 2012 on the filed of the respondent and Consequently direct them to investigate in a proper manner and file a final report.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to re-open the case in Crime No.792 of 2012 on the filed of the respondent and Consequently direct them to investigate in a proper manner and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that investigation is completed in Crime No.792 of 2012 and closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate as early as in the year 2013. Hence, no further order can be passed in this petition.
