ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. Petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police has moved this petition. According to the prosecution, there was a petty quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, therefore, the complaint was given to take action against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes submissions that there was no serious injury and the injured person was also discharged from the hospital.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(i) That the petitioner in the event of arrest shall be released on bail within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on further condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
