Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to initiate appropriate departmental action against the 4th respondent after considering the petitioner representations dated 20.12.2018 and 12.03.2019 in accordance with law and on merits.

ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he made a complaint against the 4th respondent to the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption. The Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption duly forwarded the complaint for further enquiry to the District Collector / second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the second respondent has not initiated any further actions based on the complaint forwarded by the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader also states that the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption duly forwarded the complaint to the District Collector for further actions. This being the factum, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
