Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to initiate appropriate departmental action against the 5th respondent after considering the petitioner representations dated 04.09.2018 and 12.03.2019 in accordance with law and on merits.

ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he made a complaint against the 5th respondent to the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption. The Department of Vigilance and

Anti Corruption duly forwarded the complaint for further enquiry to the District Collector / second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the third respondent has not initiated any further actions based on the complaint forwarded by the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader also states that the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption duly forwarded the complaint to the District Collector for further actions. This being the factum, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 04.09.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
