ORDER
The Government had issued G.O.(2D) No.406 Home (Tr.IIA) Department dated 12.11.2014 directing the second respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner who is a Junior Assistant in the office of the Motor Vehicle Inspector, Triplicane Unit (South), R.A.Puram, Chennai 600 028.
2. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, the second respondent is directed to commence and complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of six months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
