ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10079 of 2020 to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Arinnar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital @ Research Institute, Kancheepuram.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Arinnar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital @ Research Institute, Kancheepuram. The time granted in order dated 03.07.2020 is extended for a further period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. If not complied, the order of anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed automatically.
