The writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the 2/5

petitioner against the order passed by the second respondent dated 10.03.2020 and to pass final orders on the representation made by the petitioner in this regard on 12.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.11.2024, after affording an opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
