Arb A.No.126 of 2022 & A.No.1437 of 2016 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 09.08.2016 made in A.No.1437 of 2016 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges' summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the District Court, Vellore, Tamilnadu and communicated to SubRegistration of Vellore Joint II. 2.Heard, Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel for the applicant.

3.The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the matter has been settled and the entire amount has been received from the respondent and therefore, the present application has been filed to raise the order of attachment.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the entire amount has been settled by the respondent as such, this application has been filed by the applicant to raise the order of attachment, this Court is of the view that there is no impediment in allowing this application.
