Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 16.08.2016 to conduct enquiry and appropriate action against the Sub Inspector of Police, Mr.Santoshkumar, the 5th respondent herein attached to the 4th respondent Police interfering with the affairs of the Trust matters and against the law.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 16.08.2016 to conduct enquiry and appropriate action against the Sub Inspector of Police, Mr.Santoshkumar, the 5th respondent herein attached to the 4th respondent Police interfering with the affairs of the Trust matters and against the law.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and appropriate action against the Sub Inspector of Police. It seems the petitioner sent a representation dated 16.08.2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
