This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct an investigation under the supervision of the first respondent/Superintendent of Police in FIR in Crime No.465 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023, pending investigation on the file of the third respondent Police station.

2. There shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct investigation in Crime No.465 of 2023 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.
