The petitioner is said to have purchased the property being a Flat at Plot No.64, C.K.M. Nagar, Edapalayam, Madhavaram comprised in Survey No.270/2, Madhavaram Village and Taluk, Tiruvallur District. After the said purchase, the petitioner sought for transfer of patta. As the said request made on 15.12.2015 has not been considered till now, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2015 is directed to be disposed of.
