[ RESPONDENT ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to implement the order dated 30.3.2015 in Na.Ka. No.Aa/28/2013 and Na.Ka. No.Aa/1611/2011 on the file of the Labour Inspector Villupuram by considering the representation dated 15.5.2015 of the petitioners.

O R D E R

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.According to the petitioners, on an application filed by them under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status) Act, 1981, the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram, by an order passed in Na.Ka.No.A/28/2013, dated 30.03.2015, directed the respondent to regularise the services of the petitoners, within a period of thirty days. The petitioners have also submitted a representation to the respondent in this regard on 15.05.2015 to implement the aforesaid order.

3.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Board, submitted that the respondent Board has decided to file a Writ Petition against the order of the Inspector of Labour. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board is recorded. 5.It is for the respondent Board to file a Writ Petition questioning the order passed by the Inspector of Labour or to implement the same. However, considering the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioners, the respondent Board is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 15.05.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
