Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2023 vide petition No.1202 and issue the Grama Natham Patta comprising in Survey No.310/B, measuring to an extent of 13 cents, situated at No.1, Thiruneermalai Main Road, Saraswathipuram, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2023 vide petition No.1202 and issue the Grama Natham Patta to the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was the ancestral property of the petitioner and the petitioner is paying all the tax to the Government. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given a detailed representation to the first respondent for issuance of grama natham patta, the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2023 for issuance of grama natham patta in the name of 2/4

the petitioner and pass Orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
