This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2015 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor [Pondicherry] for the respondent.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint dated 04.08.2015, petition enquiry is pending before the Inspector of Police, PCR Cell, Puducherry and that the petitioner is not cooperating in the enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to take action on the complaint in accordance with law.
