ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue computerized patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully

described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 07.02.2026, seeking for issuance of computerized patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of computerized patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026, seeking for issuance of computerized patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
