ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the bail condition which was imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5806 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021 on condition that the petitioner, on release from the prison, shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for until furthers; on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5806 of 2021 dated 24.03.2021, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., and as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons.
