This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17054 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27209 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police every month 1st and 3rd Saturday 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27209 of 2024 by the order dated 29.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17054 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17054 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is relaxed.
