2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are not required for any enquiry by the respondent Police.

4. Recording the above submission, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners, unless there is a complaint against the petitioners in respect of an offence. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
