Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.R.O.CBE/HRM/52/2915 dated 27.01.2017 of the respondent and quash the order passed therein and consequently to direct the respondent to extend all other attendant benefits arising therefrom.

ORDER

The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 26.2.2018 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2445 of 2017 is also dismissed. No costs.
