In view of the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent that there is no proposal to open TASMAC shop in and around Perichikadu Thottam comprised in Survey No.407, adjacent to the Palladam to Coimbatore Highway, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15736 of 2017 is closed.
