..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2018 and sanction notional increment to the petitioner in the scale of pay of Rs.8100-275-15525 that fell due on 01.04.2006 namely subsequent to the date of retirement from service namely 31.03.2006 and direct the respondents to determine the pension arrears and DCRG arrears accordingly and pay the amount of arrears with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the benefits with reference to G.O.Ms.No.311 has already been sanctioned in favour of the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 30.10.2018. In view of the sanction, the other consequential pensionery benefits are to be revised and the respondents are bound to revise the pension and other benefits with reference to the sanction order now accorded in proceedings dated 30.10.2018.

2.The respondents are directed to complete the process as expeditiously as possible and settle the arrears, if any, to the writ petitioner without causing any undue delay. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as costs.
