PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order of ''the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) either through RTGS/NEFT/cash/Demand Draft in favour of ''The Medical Superintendent / Authorised Officer, Government Hospital, Tiruvarur, for the purpose treating COVID 19 patients and produce the proof of such payment to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, imposed by order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7931 of 2021. ORDER

This petition is filed to modify one condition of the order of this Court dated 29.04.2021, passed in Crl.O.P.No.7931 of 2021.

2. On an earlier occasion, based on the representation given by the petitioner, this Court has imposed condition to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) either through RTGS/NEFT/cash/Demand Draft in favour of ''The Medical Superintendent / Authorised Officer, Government Hospital, Tiruvarur. Now, the petitioner has filed this modification petition stating that the said amount is an onerous one and prays for modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. However, this Court is of the view that after considering the facts of the case and getting consent from the learned counsel for the petitioner, who on getting instructions from the petitioner, has imposed the said condition.

4.
