PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions that ''the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) either through RTGS/NEFT/cash/Demand Draft in favour of ''The Medical Superintendent / Authorised Officer, Government Hospital, Tiruvarur, for the purpose treating COVID 19 patients and produce the proof of such payment to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, imposed by order dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7931 of 2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to comply with the conditions and prays for extension of time.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the conditions.
