Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.3551/NI.4(3)/ 2012 dated 15.06.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant within a reasonable time. O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the respondent has already regularised the services of the writ petitioner. In this regard, the Principle secretary /Commissioner of Social Welfare, Chennai passed on order in Proceedings dated 10.06.2016.
2. In view of the order passed by the respondent, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this writ petition.
3. However, if any other independent grievance exists, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

4. With these observations the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
