This petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the Crl.MP.No.1644 of 2024 in M.C.No.123 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.123 of 2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
