J U D G M E N T

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to interfere in the appeal for the reason that the learned Single Judge is yet to bestow his consideration on the matter post notice and interim stay. In fact, the learned single Judge, conscious of the urgency of the matter has already posted the matter on a short date and the hearing is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. All the pleas on merits or maintainability can be urged before the learned Single Judge.
