This Application has been filed seeking to extend the time period for completion of proceedings before the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months.

2.Mr. P.Siddarth, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he does not have any serious objection in allowing the said application.

3.Upon considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also taking into, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Application is allowed as prayed for.

4.The time is, extended for completion of the Arbitral proceedings by six months.
