This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a FIR based on complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. This is the third petition and the earlier two petitions were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8547 of 2015 on 07.04.2015. This Court, carefully perused the complaint dated 13.10.2014 and found that the dispute is essentially between the members of the family with regard to the partition of the property. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner. A closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
