ssr 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the order dated 03.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.35278 of 2022 which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been duly complied as the suspension order passed against the petitioner has now been revoked and the petitioner has been allowed to retire. Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.
