By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claiming to be the Festival Committee Member of Arulmigu Shri Pudur Mariamman Temple, Vilankuppam Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, submitted an application dated 24.6.2015, to the respondents 2 and 3 praying for permission to conduct cultural programme, which also includes song and dance programme, to be held on 28.7.2015, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during such programme, and prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The Court heard the submissions of Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, also.
5.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 24.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 26.7.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
