ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 12.02.2026 by directing the 2nd respondent to investigate the complaint dated 10.01.2026.

It is seen that the petitioner made a criminal complaint before the second respondent on 10.01.2026, over which he was issued CSR No.26 of 2026.

Now, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.26 of 2026 and the same was closed. 4.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
