ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 25.02.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 380 of IPC in Cr.No.758 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has committed theft of a cell phone and fast track watch from the defacto complainant. The respondent police registered a case against the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent police have seized the theft items from the petitioner and there are three previous cases pending against him similar in nature.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
