ORDER

This present writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 29.08.2018 returning the General Power of Attorney dated 09.08.2018 in the name of the petitioner's husband without registration.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's husband passed way and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
