ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.436 of 2019. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Vinodh Kumar, learned counsel for Government (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kancheepuram has already granted statutory bail to the the petitioner vide order dated 05.062021 in Crl MP No.1076 of 2021.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition for adjudication and accordingly, the same stands dismissed as infructuous.
