This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register a FIR on the complaint by the petitioner on 25.06.2015 to the 3rd respondent and investigate the crime and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.706 of 2015 before the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
