[ RESPONDENTS ] Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of certiorari filed mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.38798/2011/Sa U Thi-1 dated 28.12.2011 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3150/2011/Aa4 dated 04.01.2012 and quash the same and direct the authority respondents to confer all the consequential benefits on the petitioner.

5. The submission made by the counsel for writ petitioner is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed of as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
