ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to defer all further proceedings in relating to the charge memo issued in T.P.No.F4/T.P.-92/2015, dated 18.12.2015 on the file of the second respondent, pending criminal proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Central Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that in a criminal case initiated against the petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2015, the petitioner was acquitted by the Criminal Court (Mahila Court, Coimbatore).

3. Thus, in view of such submission, since criminal case has come to an end, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
