J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Single Judge, by the impugned order, has observed that the question of interim relief should be considered by the Arbitrator. We are informed that the sitting of the Arbitrator is tomorrow. On our query, learned senior counsel for the respondents states that there is no Board Meeting either for today or tomorrow. 2.In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order and it is open to the appellants to take recourse for interim relief before the Arbitrator.
3.Original Side Appeals stand dismissed.
No costs.
