This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in C.S.R.No.70/2018 on the file of respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that, on a complaint given by one Tamilselvi and Prabhu against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.70 of 2018.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
