ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Praying to issue a writ of declaration declaring the entire selection of beneficiaries made by the respondents at Perambalur District to dig well under the scheme of MGNREG (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee) Schemes as null and void, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The allegation of the petitioner is with respect to the alleged irregularities committed qua the beneficiaries.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that by proceedings, dated 01.07.2020, the entire proceedings were canceled and the new beneficiaries will have to be identified.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
