O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 11.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1314 of 2015 and the same was closed on 03.09.2015 by the respondent Police.

4. The respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
