I have given considerable time and heard arguments advanced by Mr.S.Kamalakannan, learned counsel who appeared for Ms.K.Jayasudha, learned counsel for the petitioner / A4. 2.Counter had also been filed by Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed that he would withdraw the present Criminal Original Petition, primarily, because as informed by Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed and taken cognizance by the XII Additional Special Judge, CBI, in C.C.No.13 of 2020.
