ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.5 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had swindled the money from the bank to tune of Rs.89,00,000/- Hence, the complaint was registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7495 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021. He further submits that A1 had already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and the custodial interrogation is very much required. He further submits that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that earlier petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 02/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
