A.No.3898 of 2022 A.No.3898 of 2022 and A.No.901 of 2021 in C.S.No.142 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Registry to take note of the order dated 04.09.2020 wherein, a specific direction was ordered that O.S.No.6001 of 2018 must be withdrawn and transferred from the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to the file of this Court, to be tried along with the present suit/C.S.No.142/2019.

2. It is complained that till this date, steps to transfer the said suit had not been taken, but that hearings had proceeded in the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and the next hearing date is 25.11.2022.

3.
