ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue Transfer Certificate and return all other certificates due to the petitioner to enable him to join some other college. 2.

When the matter is called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 17.04.2017 which reads as follows:

''The petitioner humbly submits as follows:

On receipt of the private notice as permitted by this Hon'ble Court, 1st respondent issued the petitioner's Certificate and other certificates. Hence the petitioner is not pressing the writ petition and the same may be closed as not pressed.''

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that recording the above memo, the writ petition may be closed.
