ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.38446 of 2015, by order dated 24.01.2017, directed the respondents to conclude the proceedings, in respect of the grievance made by the petitioner, within a period of three months.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 24.01.2017 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondents have concluded the proceedings and passed an order on 01.02.2018. Thus, he submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondents, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
