The wife, who is the petitioner herein had filed this Tr.C.M.P seeking transfer of IDOP.No.12 of 2017 filed by the husband for divorce on the file of the District Court, Tiruchirapalli.

Admittedly, the wife is residing in Chennai and the husband is living in Singapore. The husband has to travel to India to attend the Court hearings. The wife has expressed her difficulty in attending the Court at Tiruchirapalli and she seeks transfer of the I.D.O.P to any of the Family Courts at Chennai.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband has got no serious objection for transferring the petition. 5.
Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2017 pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
