This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the correctness of the order, dated 27.06.2014, passed by the Joint Director, Education (Secondary Education), Chennai, viz., the first respondent, in Mu.Mu.No.012043/G2/E2/2013.

When the Writ Petition was taken up today, Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, a compromise has been entered into between the petitioner and the second respondent, and he also produced a Memo of Compromise entered into between them on 28.02.2017, and therefore, requested that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said Memo of Compromise.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and this Court, taking into consideration the fact that the parties has settled the matter out of Court, and a Memorandum of Compromise has also been filed today, which has been duly signed by the petitioner and second respondent and their respective counsels on 28.02.2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Memo of Compromise. The said Memo of Compromise shall form part of the record.
